Which one - there's the short-scale/bolt-neck/1-PU EB-0, and the long-scale/set-neck/2-PU EB-3...?

Our band's bass player has one, modded with active circuitry, and if you're so inclined it makes a great platform; if you'd rather go stock, set it up with medium-gauge flatwounds (or the relatively new D'Addario tapewounds) for the ultimate '60s tone. FYI I've got a Gibson SG Faded (30-1/2" scale) with LaBella 49-109 flats and it does Motown/Memphis better than a P-Bass - their 760FS 45-105 set should only up the ante, with the stronger attack of your 34" scale...

Try the flatwounds/tapewounds anyway - they allow you to drop the action much lower than roundwounds...

That’s stunning, really beautiful. But I don’t understand, were you expecting a used guitar?

What a beautiful bass! Those look like the same knobs that I have on my SG Tribute (they look fantastic).

Thanks !! Not only is it a beauty, it sounds great too. The pickups can go from super clean to super bassy with just a flick of the selector switch. I really like these pickups.

Very nice!! I own an Epiphone Dot and Epiphone Les Paul standard pro...for my need...or I would believe most folks who dont perform for a living ( or, maybe even some who do), they more than fill the need and play real nice. Nice construction and finish, most of the time the fret work feels better than their more famous brother ( sad, right??), and the price wont set you back...good choice.

That's gorgeous! You got a new guitar after purchasing a used one? So, you paid a used price? That's pretty darn sweet.
