Nice shot--I like that the bridges get a window view to watch the outside world before being glued up into their final station in life...

My late uncle "wintered" in the Harlingen area for almost 50 years - about 12 years ago he came back to his brother's funeral with a hat that said "I survived the blizzard of 200_" It had snowed for the first time since 1888 apparently.

We had an 1 1/2 of snow in San Antonio the first week of December this year. Stayed overnight as well, marked the first measurable snow fall since 1986 I believe or 84....today ice, roads and schools closed, tons of accidents.

Drive careful in the snow...
We may have some snow here in the Mts. East of San Diego this weekend. I am hoping for some as we can use more wet.
The scary thing is folks who do not understand how to drive in it, as Tom has seen! Sheesh. Meanwhile I am wondering about the neck carve in the last pic! Looks a bit fat in the shoulders... haha Mighty pretty stuff gentlemen! May your herds increase!!! Cheers Paul

Welcome to dry winter weather like the rest of us have! Or is that for tea?

We need some brains around here. It should have pulled double duty. I’ll bring the tea tomorrow.

Yes, about that neck: it's for slide guitar past the 1st fret. Saves lots of time in neck carving! |

Ah yes ... cutting necks in the famous "back room". Is one of those going to be a slot head?
