I'll tell you it's in the key of D, and just just fingerpick through out the whole song.
It has:
D, D6, D7, B
Em, C, D, Bm, Em, A
D7, G, Bb, D
C, G, Bb, Em, A
D, C, D...
...these chords should get you "in the ball park".
