Default 2 ch audio interface for iphone

I'm looking for something to mix a mic and guitar into an iPhone 10. Christmas present for my son so he can make simple music videos. Does such a thing exist?

Zoom U-44 Handy Audio Interface looks pretty cool. Anybody try this?
