Unhappy Classical Gas - The Music of Mason Williams

I just bought this book online as I heard it includes the definitive sheet music for Classical Gas.
For Classsical Gas it’s fine, which I guess many will use it for.
But flicking through the book and even looking at the contents, it appears that there are a number of printing errors.

Has anyone else found this or have I got a duff copy?

Apart from the contents listing being out of order, all is good up to page 65.
Then it all goes wrong for a while.
It goes 65, 50, 51, 68, 69, 54, 55, 72, 73, 58, 59, 76, 77, 62, 63, 80, 81.
Then the remaining pages seem ok.

Page numbers on mine are fine, but in all honesty - didn't find the book very helpful except that they include an audio CD with a solo guitar version of the music that I transferred to the computer and listened very, very, slowly.

On the Mac I have a program called 33 RPM that does that, and there are others.

I slowed it down ridiculously far to get each individual note and practiced for quite some time. Now it's second nature and can play Classical Gas up to speed.
