Who mentioned a tunnel anything in a Warhorse? Redwood? Nobody likes redwood!! I have to keep telling myself that or I might be tempted by a tunnel something or other Warhorse. This one is gorgeous!

I am afraid you can blame me for that (T-14)....of course I was about to write this exact sentence " fremultatude of lambent sound fractals to develop in the xylem" until Ben beat me to it!

I know. Redwood. Pshaw! That's why they stuck it underground where it wouldn't threaten the guitar community.

Fancy jack. I’ll have to look into one or two of those. I too am a K&K mini fan.

Smile Bevels and ports...

Dale will be stoked with this!

You just can not tell how comfy a big axe is with bevels until you hold it...

And a sound port really REALLY enhances the drivers experience!

Have fun Dale!!!

Congratulations Ben!

Paul

I love that thing. I have always hated the look of a 1/4" jack, but this thing is sweet!~

Default Bucephalus Video

Well, thanks Tom for helping me post the video. You are like my Fairy GodFather. I mean that in a GOOD way.

Sorry for the undue length of this video, but as you can see, I'm pretty excited about this guitar!

Ben, what a stunning instrument in all respects. Well done! What impresses me is the way you go after it when you do something. No messing around, tinkering and fiddling. Nope, let's just get down to business, do it right the first time and enjoy!

As you note, lots of things going on with this build. Do you intend to isolate some of the differences in upcoming builds to see if you draw any conclusions? For example, if you laminate sides on other models does that add any of the piano-like tone you note here?

I also enjoyed hearing that it really required no adjustment to your playing to adapt to the fanned frets.

BTW, you give some mean guitar face! ;-)

Thank you. I know, I know, ridiculous guitar face. But that's just what happens!
and yes, I will be trying out all of these things on other models: they are in the repertoire now.

Thank you. Yeah, I think I'll name my next guitar "Bob" or something, to make up for this one....

Thanks Paul. This was a great build and a lot of fun for me. How can I not be
happy when I get to do such a satisfying thing for a living? Thanks to everyone who has ordered a guitar from me over the years!
