Haven't been up to Southport in a while but NC has been hit hard as we have in SC...but not quite as bad. Summer time and visitors are more relaxed as they are on vacation. No social distancing and sporadic wearing of face masks. It's a challenging time...
Sorry to go off topic here OP?

Good experiences here. They ship quickly, always have stock on hand and prices are good.

Very pleased with them. Prompt shipping, great prices, and an occasional "thank you" to boot!

I haven't ordered from them regularly (buying strings is often the only way I can support my local brick and mortar) but it's nice to know they're on the job when everything else is closed. They've got a better delivery rate and turnaround time than some of the other mail orders I've done - including Amazon.

I'll second that. I just ordered a 3-pack of D'Addorio EJ17s from them and got them in about 3 days. I also got the hand written note.

They've gone above and beyond a few times for me. Great folks, always my first choice for strings and assorted little doo-dads. We stay right across the river from them each winter for a few months and I stopped in once last December. Nice folks too...

I'll join the chorus here. I've ordered from them for years, and since the quarantine closed my local B & Ms I've gone back to relying on them. Great prices, fast shipping, comprehensive inventory. The best.
