Outstanding stuff from everyone. It's amazing how versatile the guitar can be and what great music it can make in capable hands. Kudos to all!

In addition to hearing such fine and diverse playing, it also is wonderful to experience all of the different guitars. Sure to induce some bouts of GAS.

Here's one of my originals which is fairly representative of my favourite way of playing - I recorded and uploaded it as "New Tune" before it had a proper title - as a result of what it made me feel, and with some help via feedback from others, I finally titled it "Something around the corner" -

Standard tuning. Fylde Custom Alexander guitar. Digital camera/Zoom H2 recording, flat eq, with a teeny tiny bit of room reverb added.

Just for the record, the couple of videos I have are:-

'Missus Picky and the Strat Lady' Fylde Orsino 12 String, CGCGCE, Dunlop brass slide
recorded at a local studio who were doing free sessions for local artist at the time.
YouTube link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBXifcNMtC4&hd=1

'Flying Fish' Fylde Oberon, CGCGCD
'record' video made on Sony Camcorder. As I can't read the dots and don't use tab these videos are aides memoires.

Great thread! As I posted in the first thread, I have been considering posting here to ask AGF'ers about my playing. Please take a look - I am figuring out fingerstyle on my own - playing full time maybe a year. Does my style fit into a common category? Who would you recommend I watch a video of to push further in my direction?

Going through these. All I can say is Wow! to you. Just perfect. Believe me, you really, really want to play my 1930 Martin. It would suit your voicing so well.

Thanks - I'd love to play your 1930 Martin. And you could play my '31
