How Do You Play Without Your Love (Roger Daltrey)?

I have seen the tabs, know the chords, etc., etc. I know there's a mandolin, and layering of guitars. I would like to know how to play the acoustic part. Special tuning, or special picking, or maybe it's a 12-string. Been playing a long time - learning by ear. Check it out. See if you can figure it out. Info would be greatly appreciated.
