The short answer is Yes, it can be fixed.

For a satin finish the only options would be:

-Have the finish completed removed and then then refinished
-Remove the tuners and polish the entire headstock faceplate with something like Meguiars polish and then buff it out to a semi-gloss sheen.

There are many posts on guitars forums about polished out satin finishes.

I personally successfully polished my Martin 000-18 GE faceplate and was really happy with the results and it was an easy procedure.
I have also polished several full guitars with satin finishes and always had good results.

Any chance OP could speak with the luthier who made the guitar? If this was my problem, I would not rely on the advice I got from a forum query and try to use that advice to address the problem.

It's a Lakewood, so not a single-luthier build.

To reiterate the main point here, change the strings yourself on a $10k guitar!!!
