Default Blue Moon Nights - John Fogerty

I posted quite a few videos last year showcasing my mediocre guitar and singing skills. Most garnered no more than a couple dozen views. For some reason, this one seemed to resonate and as of today has over 800 views. It's a mystery to me as to why.

Good job!!!! There were some great tunes on that Blue Moon Swamp album. I was fortunate enough to catch Fogerty in concert when he had an awesome guitar player named Bob Britt who played all those tasty licks on a big orange Gretsch.

Thanks. I also saw him on the tour for that album (1997 maybe?) and I actually remember the guy with the big orange Gretsch! You don't see many of those.

The same song at an open mic with the host on lead guitar. Ignore my flubs!

Very nice Lee!

I enjoyed your performance!

Regarding the number of views, my guess is that just as happens on my videos, other guitar players may be trying to figure out how to play the song and so are watching your hands. All of the aspects of your guitar playing is visible in your video, so I'd suggest that your video is a good teaching tool.

Nice job!

Thanks Glenn. I just watched several of your YouTube videos. We have similar musical tastes (we are of similar "vintage") and I have covered many of the same songs, though not nearly as well. You're performances and the production values of your videos are quite impressive!
