Default Anthem SL setting reference

Hi all.

Recently, I set my anthem SL, and during finding the best level of mic, took the video for sharing.

If you consider Anthem SL as your next pickup, I thk it would be helpful for you. :-)

A well done overview, thank you for taking the time to do it and for sharing it with us. I have my Anthem SL dialed in where I want it but agree that this comparison will be helpful for anyone considering it as their next pickup.

I have the pickup on a Gibson j45, I’m very happy with it and your test is very accurate. Nice work

Thanks for taking the time to post this.
I just put the Anthem SL in a Furch Vintage D3 and it sounds fantastic. I little tweek of the adjustment can make a big diference.

2 questions for ya
1)Based on your written comments in the vid it seems like you have the full Anthem and not the SL. The pic of the pramp looks much larger then the sL preamp I have. THe angle is such that I can not tell if there are 2 volume controls. Can you confirm.

2) Do you think the Element changed the acoustic tone of the guitar?

listening to the video....for strumming, the more of the mic is added, the more brittle and trebley it sounds.

the instructions that come with the mic suggest this very dynamic so this is not a surprise.
