Default Black Mountain Rag - Solo Fingerstyle - Eltjo Haselhoff Arrangement

Recorded this one a year ago, but never shared it with the AGF...! Please forward to 4m9s if you want to skip the yadayada.

Thank you, Eltjo! Your “Black Mountain Rag” video put a smile on my face and a much needed jolt of positive energy to my heart.

My Dad taught me “Black Mountain Rag” when I was a teen. As (nearly) always, I was happy to play rhythm on guitar while he played the melody on either guitar or his “potato bug” mandolin. I later worked up a simple solo guitar version.

Your version takes the cake: Lively, clever, creative, skillful, artistic, musical, and entertaining! Kudos to you!

Nice! I'd love to see you and Tommy E. on stage together. What a duo that would be.
