Default Tootie Blues (Blind Blake)

Hi guys,

Here's my latest recording. Blind Blake's Tootie Blues on a Gibson L-1. From an arrangement by Ari Eisinger.

That's not simple stuff you're playing Doug. Keep playing and enjoying it.

Great job, Doug! I just listened to the original (thanks to Alexa) and you really captured all those timing changes he does. Now let's hear your vocal just like Blake did it, no overdubbing

Thank you Barry. Life's got me on the ropes these days and I'm really not happy with aspects of my playing, especially my recordings.

Thank you Bob. Considering I can't even play like Blake I doubt I'll be able to sing AND play like Blake!

I get that way too. Sometimes you have to dumb down your playing to take a rest while you catch up on life.
