Default Rainsong guitars

I remember someone saying that rainsong guitar made after a certain year were better given improvements in design. Does anyone know when these changes occurred?

Default Rainsong Guitar updates

I think the time frame was around late 2001 to 2002. There was a review done by Acoustic Guitar in 2002 on the OM-1000 that talks about integrating "the latest developments in the guitars design from the ground up" for this guitar. I am including the link for the article. Hope this helps.
