Default Help finding the right chord in Shape of my Heart

I'm working on Sting's/Dominic Miller's Shape of my Heart. And I'm pretty much through it, can manage even the challenging finger stretchings on my short scale Martin CEO7 after a while practicing.
But — I'm uncertain about one single chord.
I guess its Asus2, played

xo22oo

but not sure.
Dominic doesn't show, so we have to trust our ears...

What do you mean?

In this video its 's the chord at 2:44

Okay, I have to admit that when I first read the title, I thought you were looking for a chord where your fingers form the shape of a heart on the fretboard.

Hello,

New guy here. First of all, what a satisfying song to hear, that you for the share and the question. There is a wealth of chord ear candy in this song like that B/C# to C#m just before it, at 2:37-38. I can confirm that your ear is correct - that is in fact an Asus2 at 2:44.

If you have been playing this far, with all these nice chords and inversions, I can see where you might have maybe expected that it might be something else, but, no you're good! Great share, btw. I just found this place.

Best,

Sean

There is another youtube video from which I learned the main theme of this song:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OXFNqf8hLj0

I put a capo at the second fret, for easier and quicker fretting.

Then, with the capo in this position, I play Asus2 as an arpeggio on

3x023x
