Yamaha THR Amps?

I have had a THR5A for a number of years. I got for use with a Yamaha NTX nylon string I had. After trading that guitar, I haven’t much used it with my other acoustics. I do use it for the bit of electric guitar Playing I do. I like the amp. It sounds great as a low volume practice amp. It only has a clean electric setting, which is very clean and seems to have good dynamics. I ran my electric through an inexpensive acoustic guitar DI/preamp pedal. It acts like a signal boost with my electric guitar, and pushes the THR electric clean toward a bit of breakup. Not unpleasant at all modes volume settings. I need to load that THR software on my computer to play with the deep dive settings. Thanks for tip on that!
