Hi Jon, would I be able to pinch a copy from you when you have it?
(I really wish I lived closer to you Jon, would love to take some lessons)

Regards
Paul

OK, it's done. I wouldn't swear to 100% accuracy - some of it's not easy to hear, but a lot of it is a little random anyway.

I have your email, so I'll send a PDF in a moment.

It IS a great tune! I love Charles Mingus' music, have for many a year...

I have a version of "Better Get Hit In Your Soul" from his Atlantic compilation; the song features two acoustic guitarists playing the main line of the song... Larry Coryell and another player (a Spaniard?)...

I really enjoy the record of Davey Graham's, "Folk, Blues and Beyond"... wish the guitar sound as more "direct" as opposed to the "mic 10 feet away" sound they get on the record, even though I know that it's the mode d'employ of the era. In any event, the selection of songs on that record really encompass so many genres and styles that it's areal treat to listen to!

Graham was a phenomenal player and artist who doesn't get the credit he deserves for "inventing" DADGAD tuning and for his influence on acoustic guitarists from the early 60's on... I know he gets a lot of props in Britain, but he seems to be largely unknown in the States...
