It's ALWAYS a Martin day here! The custom D-1 still gets the most love these days but in addition to this one the Cole Clark Angel 2 is getting daily play these days because we're working up the Christmas songs setlist and one of those requires capo-ing at the 9th fret. The Martin being a 12-fret guitar means playing that one song is too crowded to pull off. But the Martin will spend the vast majority of the holiday (and every day) getting played!!

Been pretty busy mixing most of the day, though I managed a quick session on my Squier Affinity Jazz bass before lunch. Probably going to film some shots for a music video this evening so will have all the guitars out.

Sweet! I love all hog guitars.

i did their recorded message was one. I got through 8 minutes later all appointments taken.

This go round there will not be folks stopping over for pie and guitars. Left on my own I was in the mood for some 13 fret midrange punch goodness so called on my 1920 Gibson L3.

I'll be playing my 2005 Merrill OM-18...the best Martin I've ever owned.

Well I just put JP pure nickels on my GS mini this morning so I’ll spend some time on that. Then I will spend time on the Seagull because it’s my newest (to me) and I’ve been enjoying it. Also I put some D’addario nickel bronze on it yesterday.

I don't think a day goes by that I don't spend at least a little time with my Rancher Jumbo. I'm sure today will be no different.

My Alvarez AP70. When I think its time for a change (new guitar) I start playing the AP70 and all thoughts of a new guitar melt away, lol
