That’s the sun meeting the moon man. Read the description! Black hole sun I suppose.

Instead of buying a Hummingbird guitar you can buy a guitar and use it as a Hummingbird house.

Not too many guitars come with a disclaimer stating "read the description". And a bullet hole too.

I bought a Yamaha FG110 back in '70 from a guy on the aircraft carrier I was on for $20, still have it! My guitar is in pretty good shape, no bullet holes, slimy looking finish, or buckled pickguard but I hardly think it worth even $100.

Yes, $39 shipping. I'm tempted on this alone......

What is "improper" Maple? (never mind, let's not answer that one)

At least when it comes, he'll rap for you:

"will ship with proper rapping..."

Perhaps he's thinking Chinese with Wonton soup?

"orginal owner wonted a hummingbird"

But hey, it's at least it's a 1932 which is 8 years before Yamaha started making guitars, so that's something.

Condition: “Excellent (Used)
Excellent items are almost entirely free from blemishes and other visual defects”

Ha! .... who knew back side sound holes and ripple pick guards were standard back in 1932?

Looks as if it were "over-dipped" in some old thick varnish...several times. Very unique attempt at a sound port too.

It is now not enough to relic a guitar. If you want to be on the cutting edge of fashion, you need hideously poorly done.

I used to own one of those. It was a decent guitar for all plywood, but the neck started to loosen at the heel. It cost under $200 new. I sold it. No regrets. Many better guitars out there.
