Sounds great! In reference to the red rosette that is on the LA Limited... how exactly is it placed on the guitar? Would the same process be possible to add something minor to the headstock?

I don't think Ted has decided on this, sounds like he is asking for opinions. I'm not in the market but how would the flat finish look with red abalone?

Ok, another thought. You have already done one Rainsong guitar with a red rosette. Make this one special.

My vote would be to bring in something special at the lower end of the line. How about a Rainsong OM 1100 N2 in gloss with fancy fret markers, soundhole design, and a gig bag????

We can certainly limit the sale to AGF members if there is enough interest here, but an official AGF limited would need to be discussed with JR.

2. What other color rosettes can Ashvin do?

I think your suggestion of a cobalt blue is possible and would look awesome. Hopefuly the shark inlay can be done the same color. I like the idea of keeping the cost as low as possible and the idea of an FT finish guitar with the abalone rosette.

Will Rainsong produce a Shorty gigbag, and would that be a possibility? Seems to make sense for a quasi-travel guitar....
