If I had to spend it I'd pick up the Yamaha FS800.

I'd probably get a Martin Backpacker or some other travel guitar.

I already have all the steel string acoustic guitars I really need, so perhaps I'd go with a nylon string just for diversity.

The Washburn C64SCE-A has a cutaway and a pickup, so let's go with that.
