The lowest paid player sitting on the bench that hardly anybody knows, is knocking down 500K + WS Series money! That's just how it is. I watch to be entertained (I still remember Derek Jeter backing up a throw from the outfield that nailed the runner at the plate) and am content that it's about money. As far as which team wins? I COULDN'T care less!

Sox in 5 if they win tonight. They like to celebrate on the road.

Dodgers should be glad they don't have to play in Boston this weekend--wind, rain and evening temps around 40 degrees.

If the Dodgers win tonight it will be a game 7 at Fenway on Halloween.

Dodgers looked a bit ragged the last two nights. Could be the weather, which they aren’t used to.

The Sox are hitting. L.A. should be interesting, with Betts perhaps shifting to second base? Or is Cora just kidding?

Betts would love to play second base, supposedly he still takes ground balls there every day. But putting J.D. in the outfield is risky, especially with a hinky ankle. It would be hard to second guess Cora for doing what he has to do to get a great hitter in the lineup. Still, I would not be surprised if J.D. was on the bench at the beginning of game 3.

I'm extremely pro-Cora. But I'm already second-guessing his decision to use Eovaldi last night and not save him to start game 3 in L.A.
I foresee Porcello giving up several long and loud dingers to one (or all four) of the left-handed hitters the Dodger braintrust decided to sit on the bench in spite of their combined 109 homers.
For my money, the smart move would be to start Eovaldi game 3, and Sale game 4.
As far as Mookie at 2B...they probably don't get past Houston except for 3 great plays in RF. Not smart to take a gold glove outfielder and at the same time weaken the defense at 2B. Especially since it's a National League park, so Cora will need bats off the bench anyway.

Boston has some clutch hitting. 2 outs no one on and they end up scoring 3 runs. Price only had that one bad inning where he loaded the bases with no outs and limited the damage to 2 runs, other than that he had a great game.

Friday night game 3 in LA! Go Red Sox!

Could the Red Sox lose two World Series games on the same day?

Eovaldi did wind up throwing enough pitches in game 3 to almost be a start...

I am not much of a baseball fan, but that game was epic. Stayed up until the end.
