NGD! Sheraton Pro II.. SWEET axe!
This arrived on Friday.
my second Sheraton (had a mid 90s MIK). out of the 21 guitars I have, 5 of them are Epiphones, out of the lot, this one is by far the better of them all. (a close second was my 2012 broadway that was bang on as well) few minor setup tweaks, new set of strings, and we're rocking. A very impressive guitar all around. |

That's a beauty!
I didn't know Epiphone had a branded SKB case for those... |

actually,, they didn't!
That's a Gator CG335 case. I removed the "E" logo from the pick guard, (as I really don't like the looks),, and not having a clue what to do with it, short of tossing it, I stuck it on the case. |

Beautiful guitar. Those vintage-era knobs look great on it!

How's the neck - my experiences with the Ultra 339 I bought in May '14 have been increasingly frustrating, due to the strange neck carve they adopted when they returned to Chinese production a few years ago, and I need a semi-hollow in my stable; been eyeing the Gretsch 5622 but don't need the extra weight over the Sheraton...

I find the neck profile pretty much a good fit for my hand.
I have a few other Epi's with a bit narrower at the nut, I sometimes have some trouble with the lower registers, this one seems better. you'd have to try one of course to know.. |

Sweet! What a great looking guitar. I would have removed the "E" sticker too .
