Can someone tell me what she (Amber Rubarth) is playing. I did not see anything close enough in the photo gallery.

There are tons of photos of her with that guitar on the web, but nothing with a clear shot of the headstock. However, the logo on the headstock bears a strong resemblance to "Washburn".

I'd say you nailed it. The truss rod cover in that photo says "HB-15". Looks like it's a Washburn HB-15.
