And for some reason I particularly like the design link between the oval component of the bridge and the oval neck heel.

When you next have the camera out I would love a photo of the bridge from greater distance to show its impact in the broader context of the top.

Love this thread !

Col
Thanks Col! I am glad that you like it.
The guitar is now strung up and I will do a photo shooting later this week

Thanks Dan! I thought that a new bracing requires a new design so this is what happened. I am glad that you like it.

Default Final Pictures

The guitar is finally finished and the high res studio photos are taken.

But first of all I have to show you the beautiful tuners!
In my opinion these are the best tuners on the market, made by the German company Scheller. Check out their tuners: https://www.gitarrenmechaniken.com/en/

And here are the studio shots!
I am extremely happy how this guitar turned out, both visually and sonically. And after listening to some serious guitar players, including Clive Carroll, playing this guitar, I can honestly say that it sounds at least as good as it looks!

This guitar will most likely come with me to the Vancouver International Guitar Festival on June 29-30!

Thank you Ed! Unfortunately I don't have a sound clip yet but I am working on making some professional recordings with the new guitars.

Such wonderful design characteristics, masterfully executed. The subtle arm bevel...the bridge concept is intriguing. Excited to see more of your work.

Right before I was heading to the Vancouver International Guitar Festival last weekend I was able to visit my good friend Don Latarski in Eugene and wee took the chance to record a little video on this OM! I hope you enjoy it.

Also the custom color Calton case arrived right in time for the show. It looks just stunning with the matching case!

This is as stunning a guitar as I have seen on these many, many pages. Not only do I admire the skill to pull this off, but the singular commitment to a design from start to finish and the ability to link all aspects of that design in exactly the right measure. Outstanding seems an understatement.
Hope the show went well.
WOW.

Max, did you yourself go to VIGF? I was across the 'street' from you but I only ever saw a young lady at the table...
