Default Local FL Adirondack Supplies

Hey AGF, saw this post on Craigslist today. I'm not a builder or a luthier, but I figured I should alert people that do and maybe this is a gold mine or maybe this is no big deal.

Craigslist post.

Seems to be a sweet stash of adirondack. But, maybe I'm just dumb, but you can't bookmatch a top with how narrow those boards are, can you? So would the only use for this whole lot would be for braces?

If your question is whether or not the pieces are wide enough to make a two piece top, one can always make a book matched top with more than two pieces.

Whether or not those pieces are a good choice is another question. Knots are to be avoided, as are the regions adjacent to them (“knot shadows”).
