Congratulations, it is gorgeous - love the rosette. I am two batches behind you for an all koa modified classical guitar that I hope to get around December. I eagerly look forward to your updates to live through you vicariously.

Hi all. I don't think I will be updating this thread. Eric was going to share build pics along the way, including bracing, etc. That did not happen. I got very busy with work, and am not interested in being a pest. I may post finished pics, and a report on build quality and sound, if I have time. Sorry for the tease! We'll get a complete uke build here one of these days.

Hi, just checking to see if this build has been finished yet, and if so, how you liked it.

Thanks for checking in. Still waiting. I have seen pics, and it is gorgeous, but I have not received yet. Excited to get it in my hands. Maybe will post a few pics.

Those are really stunning, Iʻm happy for you - what a beautiful instrument.
Iʻm in his current build right now, so Iʻm hoping to get my classical guitar in the not too distant future - I think he initially said December but then told me August, so fingers crossed. In fact, if Iʻm not mistaken that is my soundboard behind your uke in the first picture. But your tenitone is gorgeous, congratulations.

Fun thread. Eric's work is outstanding and I've had the pleasure of playing several of his tenor ukes.

I have two 19" and a 19.5" scale ukes. I tend to tune them linear Bb (F-Bb-D-G) and that works very well for me on these instruments.

Look forward to following your build thread!

Hey WW, thanks for letting me know the final pics were up on FB. I didn't know. I am super happy about the looks of the instrument, and look forward to hearing it soon. I think Eric has great taste aesthetically, and great attention to detail.

Hi Jamie, I'm the owner of the Swiss moon spruce/Koa & Redwood/BRW Devine ukes. I just got my spruce one a few days ago and I am in love with the tone.
