It's for that very reason that I bought a second monitor and set it up to mirror my main monitor. If I'm working at my midi controller, I'm seeing the same thing I would if I were sitting at the computer and editing. And because the mouse and computer keyboard are wireless, I can put them in a comfortable position and interact with what I see on the screen by the midi controller just as I would at my editing position.

Without knowing the size of your room or budget, these desks may not suit your needs but they're highest on my list for when I have a new recording space constructed. They're made in Slovenia, have a facility in Rehoboth Beach, DE and the desks seem very well thought out, constructed and reasonably priced. At least a couple models have electric motors so they can be raised or lowered with a push of a button.
Here is one of many youtube videos where the guy is reviewing his sit/stand desk after one year of daily use. He covers a few issues and solutions, and the company seems to have added the improvements to their current production. Link to their very well put together website, at which there are numerous company videos. They're also offering 15% or more off for the next 6 days. STUDIODESK: https://www.studiodesk.net/ |

WOW....I've got to admit these desks are the Cat's Meow. Seems like they thought of every possible need imaginable.
Really enjoyed his intro music. Sets the mood for this high tech desk. While this is far beyond anything I could afford...I sure do appreciate seeing the possibilities. Always fun to dream. Quote:
