Default Schatten hfn atrist... test

9v active

48v phantom power

Hi. I finally installed the schatten pickup.
I installed it in the same direction as the saddle. I used the 3M tape in the product on both sides.

I recorded it with Scarlett's audio interface.
Interestingly, the recording wavelength of 9v active is larger than that of Phantom Power in the same recording setting.

I'm very good. How do you guys sound?
The guitar used is Preston Thompson om.

Thank you for your help

What's more interesting is that my voice is recorded when I talk near the guitar sound hall. Haha

Sounds good . I'm thinking about putting the passive schatten hfn in one of my guitars . I think they sound better than the K&Ks but I want to see for myself . I always have to EQ the heck out of the K&Ks .

Thanks, Jun, for sharing these recordings with us! Are your recordings done with all EQ flat in the guitar signal and recording chain? It sounds like you're playing with flesh and nails and not arpeggiating with a flat pick, correct? I'm hearing a fairly strong bass note in a couple of places in the recording, and that's good as the Schatten HFN often doesn't pick up the bass string as well as it would be hoped to do. Otherwise, some attenuation in the midrange and treble EQ would greatly benefit your tone. I'm looking forward to more recordings with EQ tonal adjustments.
