Weird or Goofy Band Names

I know it's an acoustic forum but just for fun, list any weird or goofy band names you like or don't like of any genre', any era.

I'll start:
A couple I like...
"Big Head Todd and the Monsters"
"Weezer"

One I hate...
"System of a Down"

Kinda like The Meat Puppets. And I like some songs by Toad the Wet Sprocket but dont like the name.

There's a very cool newer band called "Snarky Puppy."

I think that might be the worst band name I've ever heard, but the music is good.


As for a name I just love (and the music) it gets no cooler than "Guided By Voices" for me.

Band names seem to be like horse names - they need something unique and "catchy" but every Kentucky Derby just gets more and more weird.
