Inlays of red and green abalone, black, white, and gold mother of pearl, reconstituted stone, malachite, chrysocolla, honey jasper, white web, obsidian, and opal.

Inspired by living near the beach here in southern California, and some of my many scuba travel adventures, I call this one 'Deep Pacific'

The woods are red spruce, bigleaf maple, and honduras rosewood.

Stainless steel frets, Armstrong P90, 16" wide, 3 to 3.5" deep, 25.4" scale, 1 3/4" nut, 4 lbs 11oz.

Amazing...you’ve really caught the ocean vibe with this one...would love to see and hear it in person, bet it’s pretty striking!

Beautiful archtop guitars, Tad. I'm looking forward to receiving (and playing) my new Brown "CC Blond" model (Adirondack over curly Maple) with Charlie Christian pickup, sound port, African Blackwood appointments, and inlaid tailpiece later this year.

I really enjoyed meeting Tad at LaConner this year, learning about his instruments, and hearing the newer oval soundhole model played by Sean M. The Archtop contingent at this show was impressive!
