K. Yairi AR 352 1983 *Sold Pending Payment*
I am selling a 1983 K. Yairi acoustic, Model AR 352 in excellent condition, solid wood acoustic, these are quickly becoming popular with collectors as signed models have the greatest value. This model was not released in North America and is hand made by Kazuo Yairi who is hailed as one of the elite craftsman. I recently had the bridge re-glued, so it is ready to play.
Alvarez Guitars still produces a signature K Yairi models that range in price from $1000 - $4000, this guitar checks out as being an authentic Yairi signature model. Aside from its lineage, it is very well made and has a very bright crisp tone. I ship using Canada Post. It will take about 7-10 business days and will have a tracking number. Woods on the Yairi
The top is Spruce (probably sitka) and the b/s are rosewood (Indian Rosewood). The neck is mahogany and the binding is rosewood. The fret board and bridge are ebony.
