Default CNC'ing Peghead Veneers

Creating some Peghead veneers for future guitars. And I my first little video production.

Let me know what you think

Patrick

Great video. For all the talk of CNC here and elsewhere, that's the first time I've seen one doing its thing. Thanks!

It takes about an hour for it to do the inlay thing. (Runs slow with those tiny bits) But the beauty is all my head plates are indexed onto the table. So I can just put the next one on and press go. And then return them to the table months later if a special inlay is requested elsewhere on the head plate.

Technology - so cool like Tom said.

Thanks for checking it out.

I’m just too dumb in my understanding of computers. How much does it take to setup initially?

Thanks, Steve

Hey Steve,

My dumbness is when I blame the CNC of doing something wrong.

The setup for this took a couple hours and then about the same for some tests. Creating some automation for a task always depends on whether it speeds up the process and ensures accuracy. This one definitely does both.

Thanks for checking it out

Patrick
