Blackbird Super OM (v2.0, rechargable MiSi system, SS frets) - SOLD
I love my Super OM. More than any 6-string I've ever owned, from the tone to the playability. But I'm quitting 6-string guitar in favor of other instruments. It's a huge step for me, but I've been forever changed by shorter-scale instruments with paired strings.
This is the latest version (2.0, plus Stainless Steel frets, which are now standard), MiSi battery-free rechargeable preamp with Vol and Tone controls. It has the white soundhole option, as well as (Blackbird-performed) upgrades for white tuner buttons, white nut, pins, and saddle. It was set-up by Blackbird for action on the low-side...it's supremely playable, and it can handle heavy strumming with no problem. As spec'd, this Super OM would come to $2420 shipped. I am asking $1799 shipped. Includes original Gator ridgid-bag/case, MiSi charger (1 minute plugged into the endpin gives you 12 hours of plugged-in power), an extra set of strings...even the original Blackbird pick and mini-poster that came with it.
