Default GOING TO BE A GREAT MASTERS!

Wow, what a leaderboard! Tiger is trailing by one shot, -6, and the first several players on the leaderboard are major championship winners, including Tiger of course. I have a feeling something historic will take place above and beyond the normal winner putting on a green jacket. I think this Masters will be talked about for decades to come, just a feeling!

You may be onto something there. So many good and proven players at the top.
As usual, the Masters is just the best.

My favorite week of the year - and this one should be pretty intense.

I would love to see Tiger put another green jacket on - would be one of the greatest comeback stories in any sport.

There are a lot of young guns that are going to have something to say about that, though!

Yes! Was saying the same to my wife last night. Hope it plays out as well as it’s been set up.

A little concerned about Sunday's weather forecast. I hope the conditions don't get so wet and stormy that they have to finish on Monday, but playing in a gale wind and rain, to me, is sort of whoever can stand the weather will win. I want players to win, not just survive the awful weather

Weather is forecast 100% rain, gusty winds etc. about 4 in the afternoon. Split tee times from the 1st and 10th tees starting at 7:30A.M. Leaders start at about 9:30A.M. CBS TV coverage starts at 9A.M. These conditions should spread out the field pretty good. Maybe the early tee times will have an advantage.

Not here - 0600 comes early. Tiger stepped up a bit amidst poor putting all around. We'll see if he can hold on or if someone else wants it more.

I'm not the greatest golf fan but that was edge of the seat stuff. Great final round!

That was absolutely enthralling, nailbiting stuff. I had a bet of £2.00 GBP at 10/1 on Woods to win ... I thought I had done my dough after 9 holes when Molinari looked unassailable, but class told in the end.

That was probably the greatest sporting comeback in history IMO.

It's a game that "on any Sunday" anyone in the hunt could win. In fact, what I see is the pressure getting to people and watching them fall apart. It's a strange game that I enjoy playing weekly and generally detest watching on tv. However, I find myself sometimes drawn to the final round (also the third round this year's Masters) to see who is playing best on Sunday. Certainly nothing that anyone watches out of duress.

Congrats to our local hero Tiger Woods! What a come-back win. So happy for him, given all the health/personal challenges along the way. He's had more back surgeries than three people I know.

+1 on the above. After his very human trials, tribulations, and injuries, he's fought his way back. Comments about $$$$$ and scams won’t diminish his achievement. And it is great for golf, as well as an inspirational example of recovering from a fall - moral and physical- and not giving up. Two years ago he couldn’t walk or sit, and today he wins the Masters.
