David, I like the shot which shows, in the background, routers at the ready.
Neat and tidy like all your work. Thanks for posting!

Love your build threads. Your work is just exceptional -- both in execution and design.

Hey Steve ... I love dedicating a laminate trimmer to one task so I don't have to change bits and adjust depths ... getting lazy in my old age!

By Monday late afternoon or early evening, I should have cobbled together a few video clips of the binding process, just to mix things up a bit ... see you then!

Beautiful insides David. Makes me invious. And motivated to get back to the shop.

Hey Robert ... you must be referring to Mark Blanchard ... he is one of the masters of carefully collecting data and interpreting it in a logical way ... nice gent too!

Don't get too excited about this short video ... it's pretty off-the-cuff to say the least. I thought I'd just throw in some video clips to relieve the boredom of my same-old photos!

I am very proud to say that under the what's new tab, David has the guitar he built for me on his site. It is the Ziricote/bearclaw Sitka guitar. I will say it again, I have many nice guitars, few if any can rival this one in regards to either workmanship or sound production. I love it.

I just saw it on David's website, what a beauty. There was a sound sample too, seemed very refined and articulate to me, a somehow 'lyrical' tone. I can imagine how much you love it. Congrats!
...
And thanks for the insights, David, a very interesting video. The way you work, the movements and everything tell that you have been doing this for quite a while. I admire you luthiers, I really do, there seems to be a kind of magic to it...

This is going to be a real beauty!!! I like the simple rosette a lot and the innards are super spiffy too.

Way to go!

Thanks guys! If this page of my thread looks a little pink ... it's because I'm blushing. HA!
