Default Any Raspberries fans out there?!

This band was, to my ears, just as appealing as the Who (my favourite band), the Beatles, Badfinger - they simply got labelled and fell apart. Under-rated musicians, as well. A little live stuff, below;

I liked the Raspberries back in the day. Thanks to this thread, I reminisced to a bunch of YouTube videos and enjoyed them, including the reunion ones. Personally speaking, I don’t consider them anywhere near the caliber of the cited bands. Eric Carmen could rock-out back then, but as a solo artist, he sure mellowed into soft pop music that I couldn’t stand.

Definitely a fan of them. I went backwards listening, listening to a Eric Carmen solo. Buying his greatest hits and discovering Raspberries. LetÂ’s Pretend, Go all the way,I wanna Be With You, and Tonight are power pop at its finest. The closest band to me is Cheap Trick. Both powerful harmonies and ringing guitars.
