SOLD! Emerald X30 Artisan carbon fiber jumbo with Hiscox hsc and gig bag!
Hi all. I'm selling my Emerald X30 Artisan carbon fiber jumbo acoustic/electric guitar. It has no wear and no issues. I'm including the custom Emerald gig bag with the guitar, and, the custom Hiscox X30 hard case in the near future. (Explanation below.)
Pics will be up tomorrow! This guitar is a work of art! I have never held a jumbo guitar I would call comfortable but this one is! Made in Ireland. Features include a one piece carbon fiber body, neck, and bridge, Goto 510 tuners, stainless steel frets, two way adjustable truss rod, Graphtech saddle and nut, offset soundhole, high gloss finish on all surfaces, and LR Bags Elament VTC electronics with sound hole mounted volume and tone controls. After a few weeks with the guitar, I'm just not bonding with her. I want to sell her to perhaps go back to an X20, or, go for a McPherson Sable. The more I read about that guitar, the more it interests me! (She ain't cheap though.) Regarding the hard case, I purchased the X30 from a forum member and he had opted for the gig bag. I am not a gig bag fan so contacted Emerald regarding the Hiscox case. I probably should have waited until I had spent some time with the guitar first! With the price of the case and shipping, I could have bought a brand new X30 with the case direct from Emerald. Oh well;what's done is done I suppose. The guitar is super clean anyways as is the gig bag. The case of course will be brand new. I purchased the Hiscox case from Emerald in early April and for almost four weeks now, it's been stuck in London. I am tracking it and as soon as it arrives at my door, I will ship it to you on my dime. I can also give you the tracking number after you purchase the X30 so you can also track it if you wish. So to wrap this up, I'm asking for $2299 for the guitar with the gig bag and the Hiscox hard case. Price includes packing with tracking and insurance via USPS to the lower 48 states. To your knowledge does this guitar have any custom dimensional features - scale length, nut width, string spacing, etc - or is it a standard X30 ?
Also, does it use the standard pinned bridge, or is it pinless ? Thanks.

As a former owner of this guitar I can say it's a great one that I would have kept but I'm a little Emerald heavy so I sold this one as well as a 12 string that was not seeing much play time.
Someone will get a fantastic guitar and the seller is a super person to deal with! Best of luck with your sale and I hope you track down a keeper!
