The "usual" neck join on a acoustic has a heel so I felt "unusual" was a reasonable description. "Ground breaking" was and is not a description I would use. No competition, no prizes, no winners or losers.

Referring to the Tele alike acoustically, like a banjo (tight light soundboard) but plugged in it sounds fine.
