A brand new bone bridge from Bob Colosi for my LL-16 ARE. Relief set to near zero and action height at 2.7 mm @ fret 12. Wow! It’s a dream to play.

Batteries! Keeping my hygrometers and headstock tuners juiced up and accurate. :-)
Best,

Waverly Ivoroid (Galalith) bridge pins.

https://www.stewmac.com/parts-and-ha...-abalone-inlay

They were mentioned in several threads on this site. I'll be attempting to lower the action on my only guitar and it seems like a good time to swap the pins.

Also ordered a string action ruler. Seems like it will be an enjoyable gizmo for a strongly melancholic, data-obsessed engineer.

A Shubb S3V capo for the bigger neck on an incoming Gibson 1936 J35 historic. I think I’m going to need it!

Thank you for this reminder.

I'm new to guitars but even so, it's clear that a proper neck cradle is more elegant than the roll of paper towels I'm using now.

geez this is almost a daily thing , but lately I've bought:

Darco strings set of 6 since they were on sale at MF for $12.

The Skeptical Guitarist Volume 1 and 2 and the Jazz book. Excellent theory books. These can be found on eBay or Amazon.

My first pick in a long time - can't remember the brand but it's the flexile kind with a metal tip - $3 on MF.

Fundamental Changes Minor pentatonic book - you can never have enough learning materials.

I also just signed up on Jam Play and I'm loving it so far. Seems to have an endless amount of lessons, references, etc. Very well thought out site.

A Calton Case for my Taran, a couple of sets of D'addario XS strings, and a string action gauge.

OK, so, it doesn't have to be specifically for a guitar but could be music related...

So what music related gear did you just buy?
What made you buy that particular item?
Is it meeting your expectation?
Did you get a good deal?
Just bought an LR Baggs Align Reverb Pedal. I love it. I got 15% off during Black Friday, so pretty good deal.

If you want a sweet reverb pedal, I highly recommend them. However, they also respond much better to 9v power supplies than batteries.

I picked up a 6 pack of these last week also, glad to hear they are a good buy!
