I have signed up. I am very interested in expanding my limited acoustic blues repertoire. Thanks for this generous offer Toby!

Toby,

I was checking out your gigging schedule on your website. I would love it if you could find some time one year to come down and play at the Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale, Mississippi. It's normally over a weekend in mid-April every year.

I only live 45 minutes from Clarksdale so I usually go for at least one day of the festival. It would be great to meet you in person and buy you a beer.

I'm in too, just jumped on the "Learning to Fingerpick" lessons.
I hope to be able to manage at least some of the lessons included?
Fingers crossed (excuse the pun)

That sounds pretty cool indeed. That time of year is pretty busy with me in the Northeast but I'll sure pass on the info to my agent. Thanks.

Hi Midge,

Yep, I noticed, thanks.

The only skill you'll need to start with on the "Learning To Fingerpick" lessons are mastery of your basic open chords. Most everything else involves the right hand and I make sure to start folks out directly from scratch. I feel that the style is easy to learn when it's broken down in small, manageable, bite size pieces.

Best to you.
