Default SOLD:Yamaha AC1M Beauty-nearly new $450 shipped

The Yamaha AC1M is a concert size (smaller than dreadnaught, like a deeper 000- 25 9/16" scale, 15" lower bout, 4 3/4" max depth, 1 11/16 nut) guitar with a cutaway body from Yamaha's respected A series.
I bought both a rosewood and a mahogany Yamaha to compare and decided to keep the rosewood, as I already own a mahogany Eastman, so this is going away to a lucky new owner.

It has a solid sitka spruce top w/scalloped bracing and laminated mahogany back and sides, body binding and african mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, fingerboard binding and bridge.
Electronics are SYSTEM72 + SRT Piezo Pickup, and Vol/3-Band EQ/Tuner/Mid FQ.
This guitar is virtually brand new, with the original elixir strings. I bought it as a demo, but it shows no sign of wear. I played it less than 10 hours myself. I had it set up, swapping out the plastic nut and saddle with a bone nut and Tusq saddle. Action was set appropriately low, IMO. The Tusq improved the clarity noticeably.
The plastic covering is still on the pickguard, with no pick marks.
This guitar has a well balanced tone with very good sustain and clarity, very easy playing and the extraordinary build quality Yamaha is famous for.
This not a cheap "beginner" instrument, but is good enough for casual professional use or as a quality practice instrument, imo, despite the low price. It stands tall with any of the $1000 competition I've played for playability, build quality and tone.
Included is a good quality, well padded gig bag.
The low street price is about $640 new with tax and bag, and is a bargain at that, imo.
I will ship to cont. US and pay fees at my price, with a local pickup (Seattle) discount, but otherwise the $450 price is firm.
Thanks for having a look!

I had a set up done, adding a Tusq saddle and brought the action down. Plays great, brighter and better clarity and sustain.

Super bang for the buck on these guitars. Great price too, especially given the setup that the seller has had done.

I own an A3M, and it's great. Hard to beat these Yammies!!
