Smokey Mokes | Ragtime Fingerstyle Guitar
Hey guys,
I've practiced Ton Van Bergeyk's arrangement of Smokey Mokes the last days. The song was written by Abe Holzmann in 1899. Ton Van Bergeyk arranged this tune for guitar and released it on his album "Famous Ragtime Guitar Solos“ in 1973. Hope you enjoy my rendition. Happy new year! Thanks so much for posting this. I had that LP back in college and hadn't heard this tune since all my platters went into storage in the 80s.
Very nice playing! Larry
