SOLD: Blueridge BR143a
Hey all -
Well post-wedding finances are tough so I'm listing a couple more guitars here. First up is a Blueridge BR143A acoustic. 000 sized, solid Adirondack top, solid mahogany back and sides. Its a super nice sounding guitar, very light and responsive. Neck is a shallow C shape, pretty Taylor-esque, very fast and easy to play. More specs: Select, solid Adirondack spruce top with hand-carved parabolic top braces in authentic prewar forward X-pattern Choice solid mahogany sides and back Natural high-gloss finish with a lightly toned top Slim mahogany neck has adjustable truss rod and dovetail neck/body joint East Indian rosewood fingerboard, bridge, and bridge plate Sagas exclusive Dalmatian tortoise pickguard B/W/B plastic binding with fine black and white purfling on soundboard Nut and saddle are made from bone Rosewood peghead overlay Accurate vintage-style 14:1 ratio nickel-plated open-back tuners with butterbean-style buttons Nut width: 1-3/4" Scale length: 25-1/2" When I got it I removed the stock dalmation-puke pickguard, installed a strap button in the neck heel, and installed a $170 K&K Trinity Solo Mini pickup (no preamp is included). AFAIK this is the "older" style Trinity pickup which will work with any preamp, not just K&K branded ones. Guitar is in excellent condition - there are some pick swirls on the top which are invisible unless you really look for them, but no dents or dings or scratches anywhere. No case is included, but guitar will be double boxed and securely shipped! SOLD $450 + shipping for the guitar and pickup. Or we can meet in NYC SOLD
