Is Martin Mexico factory open or closed right now?

I know the US factory is slated to open next week, but what about the Mexico factory? I know they make all their strings there, and the pipeline is dried up of strings from them right now. That probably means that factory is also shut down right now, but it could also just be that the US facilities haven't been in operation to import and distribute the Mexico factory's output.

Anybody know?
