Default Brook Guitars - Custom Lamorna

I recently visited the Brook Guitars workshop to pick my new custom Lamorna which has been on order for some 10 months or so.

It has a Adirondack top, English walnut back and sides, mahogany neck and is short scale.

Here are some photos:

Here it is with my other two Brooks. From left to right - Torridge, Lamorna and Lyn.

Suffice to say I'm very pleased with the outcome

Beautiful wood. I own a Custom Froggy Bottom with English Walnut B&S. I really like it. You have some gorgeous guitars!

Beautiful line up there. I'm a fan of English walnut, it's such a nice option to American walnut. But I'm pleased we could put some North American species on your guitar--the Adi top is lovely!

Absolutely breathtaking! Clean, simple, elegant, but very classy at the same time! Quite a conquest!

Congratulations, and I particularly like the wondrous walnut, so different to my claro walnut guitar.

If it sounds as good as it looks you have a real keeper.

Congratulations Phil! I'm yet to try a Lamorna but I'm really looking forward to it when the time comes! Beautiful work as ever from the boys at Brook!

The Lamorna’s walnut back and sides are spectacular, congrats! What are the back and sides of your Lyn and Torridge 00’s based on the differences/contrast in the pictures you shared? That lineup looks so cool.
