i had two c-214's before but had to sell them for financial reasons..... i bought this one because i still have good memories of this model mic. it sounds great and is affordable. i'm very happy with it.

I love the 214. Was my main gigging mic for years. And used it for a chunk of my YouTube vids a few years back too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74raEzp8uJ8 Got dropped a number of times when touring, always worked.. Congrats on a solid purchase..
