Blackbird open house
I got an email yesterday from Joe inviting me to their Savoy launch party. Thursday June 15 from 5:30 to 9 pm in downtown San Francisco. RSVP required, but this seems like a good opportunity for the curious if you happen to be in the city.
Hopefully making this generally known will not cause problems for them. If so, I will delete the content of this post.

I won't be able to attend, alas. It's a fifteen hour drive from Boise to SF, and there is work scheduled here for those days already (I have to keep earning the $$$ to buy these CF guitars). There are friends that I could also visit while in the Bay Area, but I cannot take the time off for the trip right now.
Joe and I have been corresponding via email for at least a couple of years, and I got to know him at the Reno Uke Festival. I am probably on that list because of the Lucky 13 purchase.
