AGF's first Harp Guitar Build Thread!

I think this is AGF's first Harp Guitar build thread.
*EDIT* ok, first in a while. I just found out that there was started about two years ago!

I bought my Lark in the Morning Harp guitar last November and now I think its time to commission one. I just sold the LITM harp guitar and am shipping it off today (payment cleared into my bank account). Just sent my email to my potential builder so we will see what happens next!

I said my Kostal might have been my last commission, but man, I love harp guitars!

lets just say I'm in love with Kathy's harp guitar here:

and also love Mike Greenfields:

and of course, how can I not love Michi's work???

can we come up with something like these beautiful pieces of art?

Hey Eric,

stsanford had a build thread a couple years back (http://www.acousticguitarforum.com/f...highlight=Harp) but I'll be looking forward to seeing yours.

I admire anyone that can play a Harp guitar...I have enough challenges dealing with six strings

Hey! Pretty sure that picture of Kathy on the couch was taken at my house

She is a wonderful builder and that Harp Guitar has a wonderful voice ( So does Kathy)
She builds so wonderfully that you will not find anything that isn't pleasing to
your aesthetic eye and the tone is wonderful.

Whoever builds it for you Eric enjoy the challenge of all those strings

Kathy is building a harp guitar for a customer of mine. I hope to have some photos to post next week.

in about 3-4 weeks, i'm trying to go up to NJ to pick up my baritone. still up for meeting up? I can bring some of the harp guitar plans to show you there as well!
